Complex Santa Maria
SANTA MARIA Holiday Complex is situated in a quiet and peaceful region on the coastline, not far away from the central beach of Ravda resort village. The Airport of Burgas is at a 25-kilometer distance from the complex and provides easy access and communication as well as a number of public services in the region.
The city of Burgas itself is 28 kilometers away from Ravda holiday village; Ravda is also 5 kilometers from Sunny Beach resort and the ancient town of Nessebar where you can go and see the museum, the ancient churches, stroll through the lovely small streets with taverns where you can try for yourself the art of Bulgarian national cuisine. Santa Maria complex consists of one building that encompasses 31 apartments, a restaurant and a swimming pool. The apartments offer panoramic view to the sea, the beach and the bay. Santa Maria facilities also include shops, 24-hour security, service staff, parking lots and a kids' section near the swimming pool where dedciated animateurs would entertain your chlildren.
The apartments in the complex come in built-up areas within the range between 60 and 103 sq.m, all of them featuring unique sea view. The apartments are being sold in a fully completed state, with air-conditioning, fully equipped bathrooms (glass-made shower compartments) and all necessary accessories.
Maintenance fee: EUR 10 €/sq.m per annum
